1. About

Ilucas Clips is run by an individual in the United Kingdom. These terms cover this website and Ilucas Clips Publisher, our internal tool for uploading and scheduling our own clips to our own TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts.

2. Use of the tool

Ilucas Clips Publisher is for our own use only and is not available to the public. It acts only on accounts we own, through each platform's official API, and in line with the TikTok, YouTube (YouTube Terms of Service) and Meta platform terms.

3. Content

Clips we publish are cut from footage supplied or licensed for that purpose, including through brand and creator campaigns. Paid partnerships are disclosed on each post. If you own content you believe we have used without permission, email contact@ilucasclips.com and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

4. No warranty

This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
