This policy covers the Ilucas Clips website and Ilucas Clips Publisher, our internal tool that uploads and schedules our own video clips to our own accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Ilucas Clips is run by an individual in the United Kingdom. Contact: privacy@ilucasclips.com.
Who the tool is for
Ilucas Clips Publisher is not offered to the public. It only connects to social media accounts that we own and operate. We do not ask other people to sign in to it, and we do not collect personal data from other users through it.
What data the tool accesses
- Our account details: the name and ID of our own channels, Pages and profiles, so the tool knows where to post.
- Publishing permissions: permission to upload videos, captions and titles to our own accounts and to set when they go live.
- Access tokens: the keys each platform issues when we approve the tool. They are stored only on our own computer, in a file only our user account can read, and are never shared.
- Our own video files: when a platform needs to download a clip, the file is placed in private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) for a few minutes and deleted as soon as the platform has processed it.
The tool does not read direct messages, comments or followers' personal data, and it does not access anyone else's account.
How we use it
Only to publish and schedule our own content and to check that it went live. We do not sell, rent or share data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Google / YouTube data
Ilucas Clips Publisher's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Keeping and deleting data
Access tokens are kept only while we use the tool and are deleted when we disconnect it. Staged video files are deleted automatically after upload. Access can be revoked at any time in each platform's settings: Google Account → Security → Third-party connections; Facebook → Settings → Business integrations; TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
This website
This site has no sign-up, no forms and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
If you believe we hold personal data about you, email privacy@ilucasclips.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We will update this page if anything changes and revise the date above.
